Hmm...

There is a song about a book on love, okay so there many songs on a book or books on love.

If I had my own book on love, what would it say? What would I write? Would I or should I be the author? After all, there is the way we see ourselves and then the way that the world sees us.

What would my friends decide to write on my behalf?

What would yours say? Would you even want to have a book on your love life published? Why and for whom? For you to look at on rainy days so that you can have a laugh or this way to share some scary stories to annoy someone lol

Who can say? who would know?

Just questions that the world would love to know

Dates!

So I haven't really dated in a while. Ok so I don't ever really date––and I mean EVER!!!! But what am I going to do? Go out! Obviously. But what if I don't usually go out and I am just a closet nerd that likes to stay home watching telenovelas all day and day dream about kooky stuff like the perfect guy with perfect hair and some really good pizza. Random I know but that's just me.

Random thoughts have occurred to me about actually dating. Speed dating has been suggested and then I think to myself "am I desperate? Should I be desperate?" I really don't know right now. Then there is also the incognito form of dating which is, are you ready? ONLINE DATING!!!! That's what the commercials advertise day & night. Join match.com and find someone for you or try eharmony...

With online dating there are lesser worries because for some reason people seem to drop their guards when chatting with a person that they don't know and doesn't know them . It's like people put their hopes in and inhibitions out to have a conversation with a person that like them has expectations of finding their media naranja and falling in love así de bonito.

Think about it, don't you remember way back when it was all about aol profiles and dare I say it, when you were in the 7th grade and would aim your friends as soon as you got out of school and your homework was done (because your mom would not let you go online if you didn't ;-), you would go on your friends profiles and jump to other ones from that. Profiles in which people put up their flag of origin to leave no room for doubt of their ethnicity and pride. This would be followed by a description of themselves and automatically your teenage self would just swoon to the stories you were building in your head. Oh and somehow this person would know a friend of a friend of yours and you would find out that the guy is super cute and you would be super interested only to find out that your shyness would let you go no further than a possible smiley in an instant message you told your friend to send.

Then we arrive at the present where there are other forms of looking up different interests without actually having to physically find them, some of which guarantee to find you someone or your money back. (or at least I think they would–––not too sure) I wonder, how does it work? What if the person after a date or two says "you know what I don't like you (and you he barely knows you) and I want my money back!" What happens? Does the person get the money back from the company? Can the date bill be turned in for a full refund? lol

These are just thoughts really, but seriously what does it take for me to go on a date?

Oh just so

Ooh how it flows

How she glows

When she walks

That dress talks

When she turns those girls yearn

for a love such as that

With her gaze he is amazed

For those lips he longs a taste and his dark eyes smile from down the aisle

It's love, like that of a dove

white and pure to make it sure

Xs & Os is what they show

Always make sure, that yours is just so

Chapter to follow–––

Our dear dear Juliana is just about ready to tell her friend Red what is really in her head, but every time she tries Yellow flashes ahead.

Yellow who although with boo,

still has a thing for "you know who" and Juliana just doesn't know what to do.

Now tell me, what would you do?

Do tell, you…

Chapter Five: Getting ready to dive!

A single cone alone, Juliana. Red with his friend & Yellow with hers.

Just as it had happened, she disappeared. Red's friend was no longer more, a thought of a distant past that didn't last.

Juliana thought wow! It's just so "wow"–things resumed their order and Red re-visited his friend just like before. This time more was shared between Red & Juliana, but keep your belts on because kisses weren't part of it. Secrets for sure and even hidden tears. Bearing their truths to one another their hearts had been hurt. For different reasons all too similar, the two simultaneously felt the same pain.

In all this Yellow still with her friend had hoped to keep her hands on Red & Juliana but was just too caught up. It is supposed to be natural when you have a "friend" or so I hear and sometimes fear.

Red for Juliana & Juliana for Red. Suggested by Yellow herself who did so with a not so happy face. Rather scary actually if you could see, furrowed brows in a not so nice sea.

Then it was when Red had said, "not yet, not now–it's just too much for me to see" and at the sound of this Juliana thought "oh woe is me". He doesn't want to see, he doesn't want me. After so many days of holding me, he is now free but not for me.

Juliana resigned and thought once again, he saw her and she saw him. There was a look in his eyes that could not be denied. She has to tell him, she just has to.

sometime to try

Chapter Four: Wanting More

Yellow has gone, and now Red too!

Our friend Juliana is with her feelings to ponder what she is thinking and what she is feeling. Him, she has a thing for him. How did she not see it before? There really is something more. In a quest to find him, she finally did and a little bit more.

He was different this Red, not the same as before. He had a new friend now, something different and more.

Juliana believed it but not as happy. She understood of course that he was not there for her, that Red.

It was something she kept from Yellow who was in her own little world where all that mattered would be her and her friend.

Juliana, thinking and thinking how it just happened. She finalized her feelings for Red to find out that he had someone else.

Oh fiddle dee dee is there a pod for this pea?

Chapter Three: 3+1-2=you

Yesterday Yellow met her match and Red & Juliana were just Red & Juliana.

Red & Juliana a match to be lit. The two bonded while Red became intense hence the flirting of Juliana. He loved and she fanned it. With Yellow ousted of the picture due to her new boo, Juliana & Red spent it alone...Just the two of them.

It was great and Red would let Juliana know that there was something there.

He tried to kiss her once, Juliana you know. She was bemused with sleep and just slipped her cheek. Nothing, nothing at all she thought.

It happened again, they were alone and the temperature rose. Cold water took care of that.

Then Red called less & Juliana was Juliana. She missed him. The way he would call her in the night or try to sneak a kiss here. Ah she missed him.

A new realization to her, but not to the folks outside because everyone knew something was a brew.

Oh Red, where are you?

Looking, what do you see?
