Snow!

As a kid, snow was so much

It meant playing outside

Making snow angels

and no school!!!

As an adult, snow is so much

It means plowing the driveway

Salting the sidewalk

Scraping the car window

and driving to work in snow!!!

missing school to stay home

because of snow

Somehow we forget about

the snow balls thrown

because of snow

Somehow we forget about

so much we had

because of snow

We grow up to see it

heavy, falling so different

We grow up to see it

as stress added to our day

When in reality it's natures way

So take your day and make it a snowday

Laugh like you did when you were little

Play like you did when you were little

Forget to worry like you did when you were little
