She felt him 

It had been a really long time since she last did 

But it happened again 

She couldn’t deny it 

She was certain it was him 

But what did he want to say?

She wasn’t exactly sure

Or maybe she was and she just didn’t know what to make of it

Without a touch, a call or a greeting 

Then all of a sudden

Like a ray emerging from the clouds 

She felt him 

The connection had always been there 

And this time it resurfaced 

She felt him calling out to her 

Letting her know that he was there 

But he wasn’t alone 

He was with someone else

What did he want to say?

Why did he need to say it?

Could it be that he wanted to make sure that she never forgot him?

Could it be that he needed to be sure that she would be there?

Perhaps…She just wasn’t sure
